Letter of Intent (LOI) for the Purchase of Gold

To:

BANCO DE OURO EMPRESARIAL LTDA

In our capacity as agent for the sale and executor of commercial transactions.

DECLARATION

By this instrument, I declare, for all legal purposes, that I am acting as the ACTUAL BUYER, with full legal and financial capacity to acquire _____ (_________) kilograms of gold on the spot market, as well as the additional contracting of _____ (_________) kilograms per month, for a period of 12 (twelve) months, under an extended contract.

I further declare that I may make additional acquisitions on the spot market, subject to availability from the exporting company, and that the contract may be renewed by agreement between the parties at the end of its term.

I affirm that all information provided herein is true, and I am aware that false statements constitute a legal offense, subjecting me to the penalties provided for in current legislation.

FORMALIZATION

After signing this document, either physically or digitally, it must be sent to Banco de Ouro Empresarial Ltda for analysis. If everything is in order, a Purchase and Sale Agreement will be drawn up, containing all applicable legal clauses, including penalties for non-compliance.

The estimated time for return and formalization of the operation is up to 48 (forty-eight) hours after receipt of all documentation.
