Delivery is carried out internationally, and may occur at international airports indicated by the buyer, provided that the destination country does not have legal or regulatory restrictions for this type of operation.

RESPONSIBILITY AND INTERMEDIATION STRUCTURE

Banco de Ouro Empresarial Ltda, through its board of directors, acts as an agent in the intermediation of sales transactions, being responsible for the institutional management and organization of negotiations.

The company is part of the sales referral group, entitling it to corresponding commissions as per previously established agreements.

Due to internal policy and aiming to guarantee greater transparency and security, Banco de Ouro Empresarial Ltda does not add additional intermediaries to the operations, preserving the integrity and traceability of the negotiations.

GUIDELINES FOR INTERMEDIARIES AND REFERRAL AGENTS

Liaison offices, consultants, and external intermediaries are considered buyer referral agents, forming part of the purchase referral group.

After the referral is formalized, the final commercial negotiations are conducted directly between the parties involved (buyer and seller), with institutional support when applicable.

The gold sold is available under the following conditions:

Presentation: 1 kg bars

Initial purity: between 92% and 97%

Companionship and refining: up to 99.99% (international standard)

All processes follow technical, logistical, and legal criteria compatible with the international trade of precious metals.

PROCEDURES FOR INITIATING NEGOTIATIONS

For the formal commencement of any commercial negotiation, it is mandatory for the buyer to send a Letter of Intent (LOI).

The LOI must contain an express statement of interest, as well as agreement with the initial conditions of the negotiation.
